What if I change my mind, or spell a name wrong. Can I get my money back? |
All sales are final. This is why it is very important to check your order thoroughly before submitting. You do have two chances to review domains and can back out of the order before you select to purchase the domain.
If you have a retail account, the information you have under your my enom, my info page will indicate which credit card you have in the account. Please make sure this information is current before you make any purchases or renewals, as we are unable to change credit cards once a transaction is submitted.
You can update the "shopping cart" page if you wish to change the number of years...or delete the domain from your shopping cart and start over if you spelled it wrong.
From the "purchase page", you can back out of the transaction. It's not too late if you notice a spelling mistake or have changed your mind. Hit BACK and make your updates.
Tip:
If a mistake is made and you do not wish to keep a domain name, be sure that you log into your account and uncheck the box for auto-renewal. This will ensure that the domain is not automatically renewed upon expiration and it will eventually be deleted.
